A POEM ABOUT SYRACUSE WINTERS. I point out—on behalf of Mary Jane, whose youth was spent in Syracuse—that Syracuse can be substituted for Rochester in the Sestina d’Inverno (with the exception of the reference to the Earl of Rochester).
