THE GOOGLE ART PROJECT EXPANDS TO CHICAGO. I have posted several times, including here, about the wonders of the Google Art Project which I posted on yesterday. On April 3 it was announced that the Google Art Project has expanded from the original 17 museums to provide “access to more than 30,000 ultra-high resolution images of paintings, sculptures and photographs from 151 museums and other institutions in 40 countries.” One of them is the Chicago Art Institute. Here is a link to this wonderful site (at www.googleartproject.com)
