FISH TAXIDERMY COMPETITIONS. Another sport I was unaware of. Matthias Fahrni has an article in this weekend’s Financial Times about the World Taxidermy Championships in Salzburg in February of this year. Fahrni was named best fish taxidermist at the championships. The competitions don’t seem to be well suited to being televised. It took Fahrni two months of work to create his exhibit.

Sort of like watching chess.
Chess is a terrific spectator sport and televises wonderfully.
