WHAT “COCKABOODY” MEANS. Given that we had all loved the Cockaboody animation for years, we were shocked to find out what it means in French. We found out from BRINGING UP BÉBÉ. Pamela Druckerman, the author, had been shocked as well. She found out when her three year-old daughter started going around shouting “caca boudin”. Druckerman finally figured it out: “caca means “poop” and “boudin” means “sausage”. Her daughter was going around shouting “poop sausage”. She had learned it from her French friends.
