FIRENADO AT A JIM BEAM POND. I posted here about Sharknado, a frankly bad movie about sharks and a bad storm (the word “sharknado” is formed from “shark” and “tornado”.)
Matthew Ainslie posted on Facebook about a “firenado”. This video from the USAToday site shows the firenado, which occurred when lightning struck a Jim Beam warehouse in Kentucky. The accompanying article by Mike Foss tells what happened next: “hundreds of gallons of bourbon poured into a retention pond and caught fire. Finally, forceful winds brought the fire into the sky, creating a firenado.”
You could think of it as a testament to the powers of bourbon.
