TATTOO NIGHT—A “BRYCE HARPER BOBBLEHEADESQUE” SUCCESS.

TATTOO NIGHT—A “BRYCE HARPER BOBBLEHEADESQUE” SUCCESS. I posted here earlier in the year on some of the promotions that the Syracuse Chiefs had scheduled for the year. July 1 was “Tattoo Night”, with an offer of general admission for life to Syracuse Chiefs baseball games to fans who got a Syracuse Chiefs tattoo. This article in the Washington Post by Scott Allen reports on the success of the promotion.

Allen says: “The turnout was Bryce Harper bobblehead-esque.” Fans started lining up at noon. The promotion was limited to the first 36 fans who arrived, and by five o’clock, an hour before game time, the limit was reached.

The Chiefs have scheduled “Wedding Night” for tonight.
