A GOTH HELLO KITTY. I keep making announcements to Annalisa about things that it turns out she already knows— such as the Uncanny Valley and steampunking. In connection with the announcement that there will be a Hello Kitty theme park in China, I read in the New York Times a statement by a representative of Hello Kitty that Hello Kitty has many personalities and that there is even a Goth Hello Kitty. I told this to Annalisa, and she said that yes there had been a lot of discussion about this. I then googled “goth hello kitty” and found this picture of a Goth Hello Kitty plush doll.
