A “MUSCLE HUSSY.†My daughter Annalisa has been encouraging me to lift weights with her. I saw in the Financial Times some while back the phrase “muscle hussy†for a lady who lifts weights and have used it from time to time about Annalisa. I just used Google to check out what I had thought was imaginative British slang, but Google indicates that basically only the Financial Times has ever used the phrase and apparently only once. I am disappointed.
