LONGER LIFE EXPECTANCY.

LONGER LIFE EXPECTANCY. Instapundit (and WebMD were on top of this news: “Life expectancy in 2006 is about four months longer than it was in 2005, according to the CDC.” This seems to me to be a large change. Although the magnitudes may change, the direction seems clear. Discussions of health care inflation never seem to include any discussion of what are remarkable productivity gains.
