A COMIC IN WHICH JOHN RAWLS, ROBERT NOZICK AND KARL MARX DISCUSS TIPPING. This wikipedia entry says that Rawls published his first work on the subject in 1971, which confirms my memory that my friends were in classes where Rawls was developing his theories.

Here is a presentation on the existentialcomics website of some of the theories that Rawls was developing.

CORRECTION: Here is the permanent link to the comic about Rawls, Marx and Nozick.

If you click on the button labeled “Didn’t get the joke,” you will get an explanation of some of Rawls’s theories.
