MY BACHELOR PLAN THEORY. The key to my bachelor diet plan is recognizing that the great mistake that dieters make is to eat food that tastes good. When I was a bachelor I ate a balanced diet by having meat one day, vegetables the next, and pizza or macaroni and cheese the day after that. Sometimes I would have macaroni and cheese 6 or 7 days in a row. I never had to watch my weight.
