“I MAKE IMAGES.” Jackie Wullschlager had another quote from David Hockney which gives his view of what he does. It apparently comes from a different book: DAVID HOCKNEY MY YORKSHIRE by Marco Livingstone. Hockney says: “I make images. I’ve made memorable images, quite a few. Most people haven’t made any.”
