		<description>I&#039;m confused, I think.  Are they then predicting that even if the vaccine appears in November, it will be too late because the flu will already have had its chance to take hold and spread in the population?  I was under the impression that it takes a couple of weeks after innoculation for the shot to actually do any good.</description>
