FOLLOWING THE LIVES OF “WELL-ADJUSTED” YOUNG MEN.

FOLLOWING THE LIVES OF “WELL-ADJUSTED” YOUNG MEN. I posted several times, including here about the UP SERIES, which has filmed fourteen English children every seven years from when they were seven in 1964. This article by Joshua Wolf Shenk describes a Harvard study of 268 students which began in 1937 and has been running for over 70 years. The survivors are now in their late 80’s. John F. Kennedy and Ben Bradlee are known to two of the young men who were in the study. The study selected “healthy, well-adjusted Harvard sophomores” to see what would happen to them.
